Product Description

  • The STANLEY STA8060B50 105 x 1.0 x 16mm INOX cutting wheel for cutting Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum PVC and Concrete is a premium quality cutting wheel for use with the STANLEY S7654A 100mm bench grinder. The 105mm diameter x 1.0mm width disc has a durable 16mm thickness to ensure long life and excellent performance. The disc features hard wearing INOX steel teeth attached to a heat-treated body, preventing it from rusting or warping during use. This cutting disk is ideal for grinding flat surfaces such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium PVC and concrete
  • The cutting wheel has a premium fiber glass mesh on each blade for greater strength and safety. Active grain structure provides optimum grinding interaction between the blade and workpiece.
  • The cutting wheel has more abrasive grains per blade, faster-cutting action and a smoother cutting pace.
  • Cutting Wheel is made from M42 high speed steel, which is a very high hardness steel that stays sharp longer than ordinary HSS
  • Cutting wheels are used for cutting blocks of stone, concrete, masonry and other materials.
  • Cutting wheels are made from high-speed steel or carbide. Carbide is the most popular material because it lasts longer than high-speed steel. The blades come in different grades depending on the application and the material being cut.
  • The thickness of a cutting wheel is important because it determines how much heat can build up during use, which also affects how long the blade will last. Thicker wheels heat up faster and cool down slower than thinner ones, which means they can be used at higher speeds without overheating
