Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, it can only be returned or exchanged but cannot be cancelled. On receiving the order cancellation request, we will initiate a refund that will be processed to the original payment mode within 7 working days.
Cancellation Criteria
Your order can be cancelled for any of the following reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address.
If the area falls under the “non-serviceable” or “out of delivery area," as specified by our logistics courier partner.
In case of suspected fraudulent information.
In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled.
Returns
Industrofy is happy to serve customers and fulfil their requirements. If the customer receives any product which fulfills the following criterion, customer is eligible for return/exchange within 15 days by using the return form link or emailing us with pictures on
The product is used/altered/defective.
Physical/transit damage to the product.
The branded product received had its seal opened.
The empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
A significant difference was found in the Industrofy website as a comparison to the product.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, it must be reported to us via My Order Section (raise return option) within 48 hours of delivery. Images of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures must be attached while raising a return request.
Returns for open-box delivery –
In case of OPEN BOX DELIVERY, the delivery partner will open the package in front of you at the time of delivery, both outside and inside, to ensure you receive only what you have ordered.
In case of orders having ‘OPEN BOX DELIVERY,' a damaged or incomplete product must be reported to the delivery partner, who will take the order immediately. In case of prepaid orders, you will get the refund credited to your original payment mode according to the seller's return policy.
Return requests for missing, damaged, or completely different products from what was ordered will not be accepted once open-box delivery is successfully completed.
In case you find the instrument to be defective upon turning it on, you may contact Industrofy for a replacement/refund as per the returns policy.
Replacement: Will be done within 7-10 business days after verifying your order and materials.
The customer shall not be eligible for return/exchange if –
It’s no longer needed.
Customers tried to handle the industrial product and were unable to use it, which promotes any tear/damage.
Made-to-product (on demand) will not be returned.
Quality Issue.
Return Eligibility
The products must be unused.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact; user manual; warranty cards; original accessories; and the original manufacturer's box/packaging, as delivered to you.
The invoice must be available.
For bearings, if the plastic seal is broken, they cannot be returned.
The customer may open the box for all other measuring instruments, but the plastic on the instrument itself must remain sealed.
Used products are not eligible for return.
Products sold as a combo can not be returned individually.
Products marked as ‘non-returnable’ on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Note: Industrofy is always elated to help customers if customers fail to understand the working of the product. Customers may contact the customer care team either through email or phone. If a customer received a defective product, Industrofy will recommend the customer connect with a brand-authorized service center to troubleshoot the issue.
Refund
Once the return product arrives at our facility, we will require 3 days to verify the item, and after approval a refund will be credited within 7 working days.

Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business working days
