The Groz Copper Head Sledge Hammer with our unique indestructible handle technology is the ultimate safety tool, designed for mining and automotive applications.
The handle of our hammers is constructed with spring steel bars that are locked into the head with a steel locking plate, ensuring that the head remains securely attached and will never become loose or dislodged. The ergonomic rubber grip handle absorbs vibration and reduces fatigue, making it easy to use the hammer for extended hours comfortably. Forged from 99.9% pure copper, the spark-free hammer head reduces the marring of struck surfaces. These hammers are used in flammable and explosive places such as mining, petrochemicals, oil and gas pipelines, and rigs and metal forming.
The indestructible handle is made up of 6 spring steel bars that run all the way through the handle. Bars are locked with the hammerhead using steel locking plates, ensuring that the head never gets dislodged. Ergonomic rubber grip handle absorbs vibration and reduces fatigue. The special bonding process ensures that the head never gets loose from the handle.
